This is a key role within the Advice Technology team. The Senior Advice Technology Consultant will lead and develop the Advice systems and related processes required to deliver advice online, over the phone and in person effectively and efficiently.  Manage the development and delivery of core technology components (advice related where shared technology components) of the advice operating systems according to regulatory compliance, best practice and in line with business needs. Responsibilities:

• Building trust with your client, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
• Identifying the hurdles to return to work following illness or injury. We collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
• Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
• Senior Rehabilitation Consultants contribute to the continuing evolution of our services through our Centres of Excellence.

Day-to-day this might include:

• Conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace and Ergonomic
• Case management and reporting
• Travel to clients, flexible work-from-home and office base

What you need to have: 

You have life-changing skills and are qualified as:

• Occupational Therapist
• Physiotherapist
• Exercise Physiologist
• Chiropractor

To be a Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll also need registration, or the ability to acquire registration (with our support!) for one of the following:

• AHPRA
• ESSA accreditation

Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Rockhampton on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team reporting directly to the Business Manager where you will provide phone and email customer service, sales, and support.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from domestic customers
• Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
• Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
• Scheduling appointments for residential customers
• Converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
• Liaising with your fellow colleagues
• Meeting calls and internal sales targets
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquires into sales
• Capable of working with multiple database systems and email programs with experience in word and spread-sheet packages desirable
• Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
• Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Accurately enter data into systems
