Core objectives include:

- Drafting Small areas (Model and drawings)
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Shop drawings according to Company’s or Client’s standards.
- Performs Modelling with respect to Structural drawing & Architectural drawings.
- Prepares the 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawings and Client’s requirements.
- Generates the GA drawings, Shop drawings, Erection drawings with related reports.
- Checks the Input drawings with latest revision before starting the model.
- Prepares the RFI's and update in the model as per RFIs reply by Client.
- Determines the Transportation and Erection issues after completing the model.
- Prepares Bill of Material, Title block, Template and Reports as per Client’s requirement.
- Assisting Drafting manager and Project Managers
- Document Control
- Received and send design drawings and update files on Project Folder and issue to draftee’s
- Shop drawings review and mark up queries
- Factory drafting - Update drawings, sections, dimensions, export and update NC Files and reports as required by factory staff
- Design Drafting Coordination (Emails/Correspondence)
- Attend Meetings and phone calls with clients and draftees.
- Drafting RFQs and lock in drafting company
- Send drawings to site teams.
- Issue shop drawings clients through electronic document management system e.g. Aconex & Procore (where applicable)
- Coordinate errors on drawings
- Review and respond to RFI from PGT/Draftee, update & Issue to builder
- Create new RFI's/Internal Responses check
- Update RFI register regularly and closed out RFI’s in electronic document management system e.g. Aconex & Procore (where applicable).
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Abilities:

- Diploma of Civil Construction Design, Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or relevant
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified Civil Engineer
- A strong knowledge of Civil Engineering
- The ability to work in a team environment.

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.

Tritusa is looking for a couple of Performance Test Consultants to join our Tritusa family and work on our client sites.
You will work onsite, representing the Tritusa brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly.
The Consultant will focus on leading and developing sophisticated tests that enable Test Consultants to perform the most complex load simulations to expose bottlenecks and accurately analyse the results to help ensure the service/solution is fast and secure.

• Salary $100,000 – $110,000 (Plus Super)

• MicroFocus LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own delivery of performance test phase from specification to design, prep, execution through to test closure
• Create re-usable performance test scripts and assets
• Create performance test data – via scripts, SQL, GUI automation
• Analyse performance results to identify bottlenecks and optimisations
• Provide accurate estimates for delivery of performance test tasks – scripting, execution, analysis
• Work with distributed team resources, developers, DBAs, SMEs to analyse, identify and resolve performance test issues.
• Create performance test reports detailed to appropriate levels depending on audience (eg. Interim test reports, Test Summary Report)
• Analyse metrics and trends to highlight performance opportunities for improvements







Skills Required/preferred:
• Expertise in at least two performance test tools. Preferably, Micro Focus LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter
• Strong experience identifying bottlenecks across various layers of web application stacks (client, network, database)
• Excellent ability to partner with Architects, Developers, Systems/Network Engineers and Database Administrators to collaboratively tune systems
• Excellent skills in summarizing a large amount of metrics into meaningful graphs and reports.
• Demonstrate ability to identify potential limitations in software architectures
• Demonstrate ability to write clear and concise technical documents

Consultants within PRA are responsible to develop long term relationships with clients and to offer a professional and effective service to clients and candidates. Delivery and the style of the delivery are paramount to maintain and develop the image of PRA as a leading supplier of recruitment solutions.
What will you do?
- Selling and promoting PRA’s services to existing and new customers
- Expanding PRA’s reach within each customer through business development activities
- Managing and maintaining client accounts for PRA’s services through consistent communication and client visits
- Assessing clients’ needs and providing services and solutions that satisfy client requirements
- Co-ordinating with PRA’s internal resources to ensure customers receive best in class service
- Providing timely and regular reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilising market knowledge to pitch new clients and win new business
- Dealing with clients & candidates, developing long term effective relationships
- Negotiating rates with clients, both contract and permanent
- Giving presentations to clients
- Handling clients and applicants through recruitment process to successful conclusion
- Writing advertisement copy
- Selection of applicants for vacancies
- Interviewing applicants
- Arranging interviews with clients and candidates
- Ensuring contact is made on a regular basis with contractors once placed out on the client’s site
- Maintaining awareness of trends within area of technical specialisation
- Ensuring that contact is made with clients on a regular basis and updating the database

This role attracts a Base salary of $89,000- $100,000 Pkg + OTE
