EMAG Apartments are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join the team.
The position will entail:
Design, installation, troubleshooting, support and maintenance of Electrical systems
Collecting data, performing tests and complex calculations, graphing results, and preparing charts and tabulations
Estimating quantities of materials required, and pricing the cost of those materials.
Preparing quotations inclusive of bill of materials.
Review, check and approve of all electrical works performed by the team.
Plant Room and Main Switch room equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
Build, troubleshoot and repair Electrical panel boards, ATS, UPSs, CCTV, Air conditions, transformers, voltage regulators, Phase relays, Timers, contactors, MDB, JBX, temperature sensors,DC, AC.
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers to avoid electrical problems. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
Interact across multi-skilled teams to ensure project scope and specifications are aligned to the overarching technical and operational design.
Communicate and coordinate day-to-day activities. Required Skills:
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Well-organised and have attention to detail
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Holding a relevant qualification is preferred but not essential.
This is a full-time and permanent role.
Salary: $60,000 $80,000 + super, depending on experience.
