Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and our Verticals team to ensure features deliver the right customer value and outcomes
• Translate business objectives into actionable product specifications and requirements  
• Work directly within a delivery squad, and ensure the team are working on the most valuable items through a prioritised product backlog
• Support product and design teams to align with the overall product development strategy
• Explore new trends and innovations to make our product world-class
• Work with the Test and Release team to ensure rigorous testing and functional delivery of the product
• Contribute to product development by tracking technology trends and validating product requirements and specifications

What you’ll be doing:

• To achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of the company’s brand and value proposition in the marketplace.

• Ensure all customer deliverables including quote requests and general queries are managed in accordance with customer expectations.
• Continually enhance the customer loyalty.

Essential

• Experience in account management or customer service orientated role. Fleet management and leasing industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer focused outcomes

• Completed tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as management, sales and marketing, and/ or industry specific qualifications desirable
