You will Critically analyse and proved expert advice on emerging trends for inclusion in an annual Safety Plan Contribute to the annual Injury Prevention and Safety Plan for the Hospital Health Service Lead and manage the team to ensure performance is aligned to priorities and that the partnership model is effectively implemented Implement performance management processes with team leaders to ensure alignment of effort Ensure team leaders monitor and review the performance of their direct reports by conducting biannual performance and development reviews About you To be successful in this position you will require: Drivers Licence While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Work Health Safety would be?
