About the Role
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of operational excellence, ensuring every guest receives the best experience. You will also be responsible for planning and acting in accordance with the overall business strategy.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in a Store Manager, ideally in fast moving hospitality, where you have delivered tangible results.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:

The ability to manage store operations independently.
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
Organisation and planning skills.
Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Team-building skills.
Strong Communication skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
