The Role

Education/Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business

Skills/Experience:

Minimum:

A minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in medical devices

Proven record of Sales success

Logical and systematic approach to achieve objectives of the role.

Strong understanding of Ophthalmic procedures, product technology

Ability to set objectives

Strong leadership experience

5+ Sales management experience

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking a highly motivated HSW Manager to join our team to help drive our business forward. This role will see you drive the proactive implementation and continual improvement to building a strong and positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture and to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation. You will Pro-actively partner with managers and employees throughout the organisation to build, enable solutions, increase organisational capability, and deliver initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture.

• Conduct governance activities, data analysis, research, and technical health and safety work for continuous improvement of the HSW management system, safety leadership, and behavioral program.
• Provide technical input for HSW planning, risk management, and management review processes, including dangerous goods and emergency preparedness.
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reviewing the Business Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System and HSW Plan, ensuring employee consultation.
• Support operational management in effectively communicating HSW responsibilities to employees (including contractors).

Position Summary:

Intelerad is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader for its Oceania Division, which encompasses operations in Australia and New Zealand. The GM will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) aspects of the division. About You

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Milton, Queensland, for our Queens Wharf Brisbane project. This is a 12-month fixed-term role and reports to the Operations Manager for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (MOD).

In this role, you will be key in managing and administering Otis NE & Mod contracts according to Otis’s ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include

• Manage and Administer Otis NE & Mod contracts according to the Otis’ ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

• Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.

• Maintains a high-performance team by recruiting, developing, and motivating field labor, setting appropriate standards of performance, and coaching the team.

• Ensures that Installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend site meetings, and exercise line authority over all allocated installation field labor.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government inspectors, consultants, and within the Otis to understand business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.

• Ensures that reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, time sheets, and manpower charts are completed and submitted as required by Otis policies/procedures and state requirements.

• Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues and participates in monthly project reviews with the branch and head office.

What you will need to be successful

• A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering is preferred, and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.

• Minimum five (5) years experience in project managing Lift installations.

• Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Able to work autonomously and in a team with minimal supervision.

• Have a commitment to excellence, innovation, and work ethics.
