An opportunity is currently available in our Separation and Flow Technologies Sales team to drive growth in the Australian market.  Based at our facility at the Melbourne Airport Business Park, the role requires an astute Sales professional with engineering/technical skills who can clearly identify, understand and explain to existing and potential clients the benefits and optimisation to be realized through the implementation of our technologies, specifically separation in the Water and Wastewater Industries. 

Other responsibilities include:

• Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities across Australia
• Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity
• Tendering, Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
• Making use of Digital Tool such as CRM for maintaining customer account data such as Installation / Equipment Details / Tech Requests & Service Offer Requests.
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Attend relevant industry forums / trade shows and exhibitions

About the role: 

We are seeking a Community Case Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting elderly people in the community to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

As a Community Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of community-based elderly customers with Home Care Packages. You will assess their needs, develop personalised care plans, and manage budgets to ensure each customers' unique requirements are met. Your role will also involve signing up new customers and proactively managing existing ones whilst maintaining a person-centred approach. Collaboration and coordination with Nurses and Allied Health professionals will be crucial to delivering comprehensive care.

In this 12-month contract role, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule each week, whilst working autonomously from home and within the community. You will visit customers in their homes across the suburbs of Perth metro, including Subiaco, Ocean Reef, Lesmurdie, Beckenham and more.

About you:

• Previous experience in community-based case management is preferred.
• Experience with Home Care Packages is desirable.
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Advocacy skills to ensure clients' needs are met.

About the Opportunity

This is a six-month secondment or fixed term contract opportunity. Reporting to the Head of, Strategy, PMO and Planning, the Manager, Strategy Implementation Office plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the strategic change required by Minderoo’s 2030 strategy.

They will lead the Program Management Office function within Minderoo supporting the success of strategy implementation by:

• Facilitating stakeholder alignment and coordination.
• Delivering reporting that provides a forward view of change efforts and anticipates potential problems.

• Contributing to change management planning and delivery.

· Coordinate the Strategy Implementation Office, ensuring effective management of cross-functional strategic projects and priorities that enable the 2030 strategy

Deliver enterprise reporting

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver (and continuously improve) Minderoo-wide Executive and Board reporting to support decision making.

Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients in our Real Estate sector we are currently recruiting a MEP Senior Cost Manager  with proven local delivery experience to join our Perth based team.

The ideal applicant with have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, ideally gained through the delivery of complex projects. Preferably you will have worked within a professional consultancy before, but those with a background in other areas, such as experience working for main contractors are encouraged to apply.

As a MEP Senior Cost Manager you will be able to work independently managing your own deliverables, but also work well as part of a team. You will strive to promote and maintain the highest of professional standards, while supporting junior staff to grow and learn through your knowledge and experience. We are looking for someone who could oversee more junior staff, though you will be supported by our senior management team and Commercial Sector lead who you will be working closely with.

• Leading the team to delivery MEP services for the life of the project from feasibility cost planning to agreement of final account
• Manage and develop our team to deliver our MEP services
• Lead MEP bid opportunities
• Working with the Queensland Director to continue to grow our MEP cost management opportunities
• Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

·        Previous sales experience (ideally in the Corporate and Enterprise vertical).

·        Proven business development experience.

·        Proficiency with CRM applications.

·        Exposure to sales training methodologies.
