About the Opportunity
This is a six-month secondment or fixed term contract opportunity. Reporting to the Head of, Strategy, PMO and Planning, the Manager, Strategy Implementation Office plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the strategic change required by Minderoo’s 2030 strategy.
They will lead the Program Management Office function within Minderoo supporting the success of strategy implementation by:
- Facilitating stakeholder alignment and coordination.
- Delivering reporting that provides a forward view of change efforts and anticipates potential problems.
- Championing consistent approaches, tools, and systems to help teams collaborate and deliver more effectively.
- Contributing to change management planning and delivery.
- Establish common program and change delivery frameworks and tools, to improve quality of project execution, including contributing requirements to improve enabling technology.
Manage the Strategic Implementation Office
· Coordinate the Strategy Implementation Office, ensuring effective management of cross-functional strategic projects and priorities that enable the 2030 strategy
Deliver enterprise reporting
· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver (and continuously improve) Minderoo-wide Executive and Board reporting to support decision making.
