About the role

• Working along side our Community and Social Media Manager, Marketing and broader team with regards to customer insights and feedback on interactions
• Grow long-term relationships with customers and build promoters who are not only customers but raving fans by consistently exceeding their expectations
• Help identify opportunities to accelerate the growth of our communities
• Ensuring the consistency of the Lyka brand across all online channels
• Work with Lyka’s tech team to identify areas to improve customer experience, including on our website, communications and delivery experiences
• Work with Lyka’s operations team to ensure all customer order requests are executed
• Work with Lyka’s growth team to assist in engaging the community and executing customer experience projects
• Problem-solve through sometimes complex and challenging technical enquiries
• Assist in developing Lyka’s Customer Care foundation by establishing and building and implementing tools, protocols, processes and knowledgebase content
• Foster a growth-oriented, positive and high-performance culture that motivates employees and is aligned to the company's mission

Your primary role is customer care with a focus on customer interactions on the social media platforms. The social media content is created and published by the Community and Social Media team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a growing, diverse team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. You’ll help develop and qualify new opportunities for Collecting Cars, generating, qualifying and driving lead generation, supporting excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally.

With your customer-centric approach and CRM experience, you’ll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you’ll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia, whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.

• You have prior experience within a professional sales based role – you’re comfortable generating leads for ~80% of your time
• You’re comfortable working towards business development KPI’s
• Relationship building – you love getting to know people and developing long-term relationships
• Initiative-taking – you’re results oriented and like to lean on your excellent communication skills
• Adaptable – you’re motivated to learn new skills and develop your career, whilst building out your understanding of the Collecting Cars value proposition
• You’re curious, you like to research the collector’s market, and keep an eye on pricing
• You’ve worked with a CRM before, and have familiarity with the MS Office suite
• A keen interest in cars and bikes of all genres is desirable
