ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Advertising Specialist at Harcon plays a pivotal role in driving marketing and advertising initiatives to promote projects effectively. The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns across various channels to maximise project visibility, attract potential buyers or tenants, and ultimately contribute to the success of developments. Harcon seeks a dynamic individual with a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to effectively market Harcon's residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling advertising materials, including print ads, digital content, signage, and promotional materials.
Utilise market research and data analysis to identify target audiences, understand consumer behaviour, and optimise advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
Manage advertising budgets, negotiate contracts with media vendors, and monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with project objectives and ROI targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain Harcon's competitive edge.
Monitor and analyse metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all advertising channels and materials, adhering to Harcon's values and messaging guidelines.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, contractors, and community members, to support collaborative marketing initiatives and enhance Harcon's reputation in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in advertising, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
