About The Role:

We’re looking to hire a person with real world experience in the operation of SaaS platforms targeting the business market.  This is a strategic role working across development, operations and customer facing teams to build a non-functional product roadmap that empowers the next phase of our platform growth.  We’ve successfully transitioned from a multi versioned on-premise business to a single version SaaS platform.  We’re now focusing on the challenges this brings by building out teams, processes and platform that allows us to scale as a SaaS only business. 

You’ll work alongside product architects, functional product managers and the operations leadership team to shape our cloud migration strategy, delivery and deployment infrastructure, operational tooling, customer insight tooling and platform reliability strategies.  The role is NOT focused on day to day operational management.

Working alongside the Chief Product Manager you will:

• Provide strategic vision and build out an accompanying roadmap.

• Prioritise work based on value to the business and impact on the customer.

• Work with multiple product owners and teams as they build detailed backlogs and provide regular feedback on in progress work.

• Work with infrastructure and change management teams to help shape organisation policies and processes that better support the SaaS business model.

• Work in partnership with architects to help shape technical delivery priorities.

• Work in partnership with functional product managers, customer facing staff and pre sales teams to better understand the business requirements that shape our platform needs and priorities.

• Accelerate agile outcomes through an ideate, define, deliver and validate focused approach.

What You Will Need:

• Proven track record of delivery

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience

• 3+ years professional experience with a successful SaaS business

• A hands on history of operations and / or development

• Be comfortable talking detail with experts on cloud technologies, delivery pipelines, site reliability, process automation, change management, metrics and monitoring etc

• Strong communication ability, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders

• A pragmatic ability to innovate, driving new ideas and concepts, taking account of technology changes and market expectations

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Cloud platform exposure and experience, specifically Azure

The role

As our Sales Training Lead, you will be responsible for leading new hires through the company’s onboarding process, delivering comprehensive product and sales skills training in an environment that empowers our team to succeed. You will also provide continuous coaching and development to Sales Managers, using real time scenarios.

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics related to lender performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
• Manage budget allocation for operating expenses including strategic partnership initiatives, optimising resource utilisation to achieve maximum impact and ROI. 
• Support the event and broker engagement strategy as it relates to Lendi Group’s Partnership Program ensuring all events committed to lender partners are delivered on time and on budget.
• Maximise commercial outcomes of lending panel through commercial negotiations with lenders and partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining integrity and transparency in all activities. 
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Strategic Partnership team, fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in execution.

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Shared Services Domain!

The Shared Services Group provides the operations, process improvement and shared core banking and technology applications that enable and support Cuscal’s business units. The portfolio of applications and technology services is large and broad, including core systems and gateways, settlement and disputes, billing, and client portals and access management. 

As the Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across the activities of design, develop, test and maintenance of high-quality software to meet business and customer needs within a squad. This position is responsible for defining technical solution designs, identifying and removing technical blockers and risks, and driving good practices and standards which ensure overall software quality and outcomes. Where applicable, the role will also have people leadership responsibilities within their squad to help uplift people capabilities.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Driving technical solution design, estimation and delivery whilst ensuring alignment with the domain architectural strategies
• Performing code reviews to ensure that solutions meet the quality standards and requirements
• Contributing to and ensure adherence to the Governance, Standards and Policies defined by the Engineering practice.
