A Day in the Life
This exciting newly created position will be part of an established senior leadership team and play a critical role in our pursuit for business excellence. The position will drive change and implement best practices to maximise efficiencies, streamline and simplify processes to optimise our operation health. Supporting a large sales team, you will provide key data analytics and insights on inventory and sales enabling speedy and decisive action on critical business decisions. Strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach to people development will be required, as well as a solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Administration and Operations
• Provides leadership and day to day management of the ANZ Medical Surgical Sales Administrative Support and Inventory team
• Liaises with Customer Service and the commercial team to assist with issues related to customer invoicing, order fulfilment, stock returns, and other areas as needed to ensure accuracy & timeliness of all Customer Service activity
• Partners with leadership to ensure process consistency and timely completion of activities including management of product complaints, FCA’s, Cornerstone training and expired inventory
• Oversees and drives improvements in Compliance processes, submissions, tracking and reporting through the development of an ECATS portal and program
• Assist with training of inventory control concepts and methods across Medical Surgical to drive efficiency and accountability
• Improve ANZ inventory utilization and Territory Manager effectiveness and efficiency in field stock management
• Create and maintain sales team standard operating procedures, policies and sales-related resource materials
Business Analytics
• Managers data analytics intern/graduate
• Maintains sales reporting database system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology and finance in identifying and resolving problems
• Provides dashboards and monitoring of KPI’s – owning and updating the SI ‘vital few’ dashboard
• Tracks and analyses our performance to targets in OPC, inventory levels, short dated stock and stock takes
• Supports sales managers, marketing managers and support staff in accessing sales and marketing data & information
• Conducts statistical and competitive analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Working experience of Salesforce, Tableau, SAP
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in medical or FMCG commercial environment
