About the role:

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in selected Multi Million $ categories across Drakes, Foodland & Metcash SA. You will assist in implementing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional programs, range reviews, distribution, and display strategies through alignment with our partners. This effort will be supported by our dedicated independent field team, covering over 900 of the top stores.

Do you have?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an account or client management role 
  • Proven experience managing relationships and overcoming conflict situations
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into impactful category insights, trending and recommendations that promote excellence for our Client
  • Intermediate Excel & Powerpoint skills
  • Experience in taking and delivering the brief from the client stakeholders to a national field team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • The ability to be flexible and able to adapt to the changing retail environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain rationale and recommendations 
  • An inquisitive mind with the ability to challenge assumptions and think outside the box with reporting processes and outcomes 
  • The ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Experience in actively participating in strategic planning sessions and post activity reviews to ensure delivery of ROI

The successful candidate will proactively manage and oversee all aspects of TCCD's account in South Australia, including but not limited to set up, briefing and execution of merchandising activities, management and direction of merchandisers, budget management, primary liaison with the Operations team as well as day-to-day account management, strategic input and retail insights, to achieve and exceed client and program objectives.
