Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a temporary role with the potential for extension? Our client, a well-established real estate office on the Northern Beaches, is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to step in. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 250 commercial properties, including warehouses and retail shops.
- Oversee property maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the administration and trust account support teams.
- Use Released software (similar to PropertyTree) to manage property records and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Property Manager, preferably in commercial real estate, residential will be considered.
- Familiarity with property management software
