The role
The Plant Manager will oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Solar Plant. Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned plants.
Continuously review plant equipment and system operations to minimise unplanned downtime, proactively address issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
Enhance overall efficiency and value by collaborating with maintenance teams across the fleet.
Execute dispatch obligations for each resource, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

Requirements

About You:

-10+ years of experience in commercial software development experience
designing, building and operating large scale web integrations and 4+ years of
experience in managing engineering teams
-Polyglot engineer with commercial experience in one of the following: TypeScript,
React or Vue. You have written a lot of performant easy-to-maintain code using
best practices. You can smell bad code and provide constructive feedback during
code review.
-Strong complex system architecture design experience and understanding;
space/time complexity, API contract design and stewardship, AWS cloud-based
infrastructure.

-Learn quickly: demonstrated ability to quickly understand and absorb new
information. Passion for technology and eager to dive in to figure out how things
work.
-Leadership: organise and motivate engineering contributors, work with the
product team to schedule in an efficient and productive manner, understand
business logic and be able to translate into appropriate technical solutions
