As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our service-oriented philosophy and ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, reporting directly to the General Manager. With over 200 seats, this position is pivotal to our success.
Essential a'Mare Requirements:
Valid Australian working rights
Minimum of two years of managerial experience in fine dining establishments
Fluent written and spoken English
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Strong attention to detail
Formal hospitality qualifications and 1-2 years of work experience in the industry
A positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
Preferred Experience:
Experience with gueridon/tableside service
Knowledge of Italian cuisine
Completion of formal wine studies
Responsibilities include:
Continuous training and development to stay updated with industry trends
Direct reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
Supervising and training front-of-house staff
Implementing cost control measures within budget guidelines
