About the Job

As Marketing Specialist this is a key role within the Member Experience team focused primarily on acquisition and onboarding of new members and employers. You’ll work within a collaborative team environment to:

• Help shape the design of member experiences to create super our members love in the acquisition and onboarding phase of the member lifecycle
• Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and communications to help members onboard seamlessly and in an engaging way
• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new employer and member relationships

This role or team members may at times support retention and retirement-focused activity depending on member and business priorities. You’ll work closely with your team leader, constantly striving to exceed expectations and surprise and delight Rest members.

• Execute omni-channel marketing strategies to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members so they wish to remain with Rest through retirement
• Implement data-driven interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace
• Execute highly focused marketing campaign activities and content to retain members and support the retention of employer relationships via a range of channels
• Contribute to a small team of marketing professionals, living the Rest values
• Brief internal and external agencies to develop content that helps deliver on our mission to make super simple

• Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards and the desired member

Team Summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific (AUNZSP) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement and overall business profitability.

VCA is made up of three services lines - Advisory, Data Science and Managed Services, the latter being the execution arm of VCA.  Our Managed Services teams (also known as squads) are embedded on client sites leading long-term engagements and delivering value primarily through implementation and execution services.  We deliver objectives from a shared value agenda but are also closely connected to the broader VCA team, sharing knowledge, and bringing the best of Visa to the client.

We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our client’s team for a 12-month fixed term contract. The Product Manager will work within the FX and Travel Product domain to help manage all aspects of the client’s product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debit card operations and financial services, with the ability to manage and optimize our existing product line.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
• You have familiarity with various customer contact strategies that will drive the highest engagement.
• Review, coordinate and implement acquisition and pricing changes to drive optimal P&L performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Acting as the voice of the business and leading a ‘one-team’ approach to problem solving.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of product performance reports to senior management.
• Maintain Retail FX standard operating procedures, process maps and collateral.
• Work closely with the product manager to achieve strategic objectives and KPIs.
