The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the delivery, backlog, and prioritisation of our digital roadmap, acting as the voice of the customer to delivery teams, and working closely with the Product Manager and Product Lead to ensure alignment with the strategic direction and product vision.
What you'll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features and functionality.
Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritised based on business value.
Be the voice of the customer and ensure that their needs are being met through the development process.
Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct user research and testing to validate product features and functionality.
Prioritise product features and create user stories for development.
What you'll bring:
3 years experience in a Digital Product or related role ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
Previous experience with user research and testing.
Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Any previous experience in the payments industry is a plus.
