We are looking for an experienced Specialist Program Manager to lead the newly established Nature-based Tourism Program. In this pivotal role, you will elevate the profile of the Gold Coasts natural environment and its tourism attractions, driving the development and implementation of innovative nature-based tourism projects. Your primary focus will be to oversee the program, whichconsists of three key elements: a Request for Proposals process to invite private sector submissions for nature-based tourism initiatives, the establishment of a grants program to support local businesses in creating nature-based tourism offerings, and the management of several Council-led projects that will shape the future of tourism in the region.
