REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

• Social Media Management: Own the organic social media strategy for Marley Spoon and our brands. Manage the social media calendar, content planning, and production processes across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Content Performance Analysis: Analyse social media content performance, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise strategies.
• Customer & Brand Communications: Collaborate with the Customer Care team to distribute brand-aligned communications and manage brand reputation across social media and review websites.
• Photo/Video Shoots: Manage or assist on photo/video shoots, including filming smartphone videography for social media assets.
• Process Improvement: Standardise and improve processes for content production and asset management, leveraging AI-powered tools for efficiency.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
• 3+ years in social media management and content creation within a Marketing team or agency. Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies including shooting content using smartphones, with a creative/campaign portfolio of social media work to match
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Later) and managing brand reputation via social media channels and review sites 
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Copywriting skills with the ability to apply varied brand tones of voice.

Reporting to our VP Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will work with our appointed digital partner and take accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

• Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on multiple paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, in addition to performing or assisting in validation/audits on campaigns of the same team.
• Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Help develop Paid Media strategies, including Programmatic and Paid Social, which address the goals of the client and will help us achieve their goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that audits and research are used to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies.
• Work with internal and Client Service teams to help with the smooth implementation of work.
• Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the paid media team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns. Produce reports and studies that explain the rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social landscape to ensure delivery of the best campaigns.
• Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and, above all, strategic insights.
• Manage the daily relationships with wider account teams, advertising partners, and colleagues.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid media campaign execution. Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid media. Share best practice and knowledge with wider teams through lunch and learns, or other learning opportunities.

The GTM Manager will be instrumental in ensuring strategic alignment across the business to realise the strategic potential of media products and research insights. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, market research and others to ensure product performance and market penetration.
