The GTM Manager will be instrumental in ensuring strategic alignment across the business to realise the strategic potential of media products and research insights. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, market research and others to ensure product performance and market penetration. 

If you excel in translating strategic business objectives into effective GTM initiatives and thrive in a high-performance environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity. 

  • Own and optimise the internal end-to-end GTM process in collaboration with the B2B Marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment across product features, positioning, messaging, and targeting to achieve business goals. 
  • Collaborate closely with B2B Marketing, product owners and product management to develop product propositions and align on roadmaps and timelines. 
  • Create engaging GTM decks and talk tracks for the sales team in collaboration with B2B Marketing and develop training resources with Learning & Development stakeholders to effectively prepare the team prior to product launches. 
  • Provide essential tools and support to enhance the sales team’s capabilities, including maintaining a comprehensive sales content library and supporting regular audits and updates. 
  • Support the ongoing roll-out of sales enablement platform Mindtickle  
  • Deliver and maintain effective sales communication channels, consolidating and prioritising information to keep sales teams focused on the right priorities at the right time. 
  • Analyse content usage and consumption behaviours to optimise sales content effectiveness and embed key market-facing messages with sales teams. 
  • Maintain customer feedback loops and conduct regular competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making and product enhancements. 
  • Develop clear and measurable success metrics for sales initiatives, including effective GTM reporting to aggregate sales success metrics for key stakeholders and the media leadership team. 
  • Own tactical sales initiatives to support revenue goals, working closely with sales operations and analysts.
