Any other task not defined but within the employees' skills, as directed by the organisation.

Essential:

Previous experience in residential aged care or a similar environment.
A relevant qualification, i.e - Food Safety and Food Handling Certificate.
Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
A genuine interest for working in aged care.
Well-developed customer service skills.
An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Experience in residential aged care food services.
Experience in hospitality or catering.
