We are seeking Customer Service Specialist, to join our Commercial Team. This is a key role focused on delivering an exceptional experience to our Commercial customers who interact with Viva Energy via various communication channels on a variety of topics.

The Customer Service Centre operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Inbound Contact (Voice & Emails):

• The primary role of the Customer Service Specialist – Commercial is to take inbound telephone calls or emails from Viva Energy customers in relation to placing fuels, lubricants and chemicals orders, product and pricing inquiries, product returns, invoice and billing enquiries.
• A high proportion of customer queries can be resolved immediately, however some interactions require follow up and/or investigation. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for completing the life cycle of the query by engaging with other stakeholders or colleagues to help resolve.
• As the voice of Viva Energy, you will assist customers by proactively solving their issues through active listening and your understanding of the end to end process for our customer base.
• You will be responsible for cross selling and up selling where appropriate, such as moving customers from inbound voice calls to our self-serve platforms.
• Maintain an accurate record of customer information and relevant actions in supporting systems, such as Salesforce (CRM)
• An important aspect of this role is the ongoing review of current process with the aim to improve to ensure our customers have a positive experience. Your access to customer insights through your conversations (verbal and written) is a critical component of this improvement process.
• With access to customer insights, make recommendations for improvement.
• Adhere to all key performance indicators.

The Role

As a Sales & Retention Specialist with Lyka, you'll attend pop-up sales events across Sydney (eg at markets and shopping centres) and promote the benefits of Lyka, with the goal of achieving new subscriptions. On days when you're not face to face selling, you will support retention of existing customers through email and phone channels.

What you'll do:

• Attract and drive consumer traffic to Lyka's physical sales stands at markets and retail locations
• Communicate the benefits of Lyka, effectively demonstrating product features and benefits
• Faciliate sign up process for customers
• Overcome objections and meet sales targets
• Assist with set up and pack down of equipment of our sales stands
• Drive retention through winning back cancelled customers via phone or email
• Foster a growth-orientated, positive and high-performance culture that motivates employees and is aligned to the company's mission

• Direct face to face sales experience, with the proven ability to close sales on the spot
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; friendly and approachable
• Exceptional customer service skills; helpful and positive attitude and always looking to go above and beyond for customers
• Confident, clear verbal and written English communication and negotiation/influencing skills
• Proficient in using a computer, touch typing and able to learn new tools/systems
• Willingness to learn new topics, such as dog nutrition and wellness
• Self-motivation, with a positive attitude and hunger for success; resilience
• High sense of ownership and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Must love dogs and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to various sales events
• Driving licence beneficial, but not essential

The Internal Communications Specialist at GYG will play a key role in helping to keep our stakeholders – including our crew, franchisees, and Hola Central staff well informed and connected. This role will assist in implementing our communications strategy, ensuring that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. They will collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective and meaningful communication throughout GYG.

This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to building and optimising communications.

What you can expect in the role:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communications such as newsletters, announcements and updates.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure all communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and regularly update content on internal communication platforms.
• Ensure all communications are clear, engaging, and distributed through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective communication across functions.
• Compile reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all internal communication materials adhere to company brandings, tone of voice and style guidelines.
• Provide project support to internal communications team.
• Assist in the development and communication of internal processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and support a seamless guest experience.

You will enjoy this role if you have:

• Experience in communications, public relations or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of internal communication best practice.
• Experience or familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms is a plus.
• Some experience or familiarity with graphic design software (e.g canva, adobe, creative suite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft clear and engaging content.
