On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of all marketing/sales initiatives and targets – and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:
• Overseeing the full sales cycle for the allocated region
• Manage the team to achieve overall sales targets, as well as focused KPIs
• Communicate, present, influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Prepare and provide accurate monthly reports and forecasts for revenue and sales to upper management
• Unlock new users of products
• Oversee team to ensure attraction of new customers and partners while retaining existing customers and partners
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status
• Overseeing activities of marketing team to generate increased interest and knowledge of brand across the region
Experience and skills required:
• Bachelor Degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor Degree
• Extensive experience in direct, complex, solution led selling
• Experience with managing process of lead generation
• Experience working with decision makers and closing deals
• Clear experience involving achievement of ambitious targets and growth
• Willingness to travel
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of sales growth
• Strong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Strong presentation skills
• Outstanding influencing skills
• Strong negotiation skills
Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $90,000-$120,000
