We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer, or as we like to call you an AR Control Specialist, to manage the accounts receivable process for our Out of Home accounts. You will be responsible for negotiations, aged debt collections, and managing a high level of invoices meticulously, with the ability to problem solve creatively. This is a permanent full-time position based in our North Sydney head office working Monday to Friday with flexible starting times (between 8-10 AM) and 2 days of WFH flexibility!

• Manage debt for our Out of Home sales channels on a national level, with a focus on following up on and receiving payments to overdue invoices
• Liaise with customers via email and/ or phone in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate details to customers and comply with any requests for additional information to receive payments, reconcile accounts, and to provide solutions to any problems that arise
• Manage disputes with customers and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What will you be doing?

• Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
• Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
• Take the lead and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
• Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times 
• Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program   

• Management of the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader
• Run and actively participate in weekly Front Office meetings, respecting the confidentiality of issues which may be discussed formally or informally.
• Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
• Full utilisation of the Front Office system, ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports are produced to meet operational needs.
• Supervision of lobby services (including Car parking and Porter services where applicable), ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.
• Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller.  Accuracy of this daily function being paramount while maintaining customer focus.
• Preparation of Front Office monthly reports, commenting on key company performances and forecasts.
• Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.
• Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield.
• Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson.

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO/GMD office at ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE/week) position.

• Create, maintain and search records on databases to ensure that the client’s and property information is accurate
• Lease Administration – Working with MRI to arrange new lease set up; sundry charges; reconciliations; document control for both revenue and expense properties
• Providing administrative support in relation to suppliers which includes modifying, renewing and extending purchase orders
• Managing the tenant arrears and weekly debtor process including chasing tenants and advising management of status
• Preparation and typing of correspondence and ad hoc letters
• Payment of invoices
• Keep status reports on each property up to date and provide copies as requested
