Your New Role
In collaboration with the Account Manager and Administrative Assistant, this role is pivotal in delivering seamless office operations while overseeing essential project administrative duties.
Your duties will include:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations eg. ordering supplies, greeting visitors.
Managing the internal database system, updating contractor information and pricing.
Handling pricing for fit-out projects.
Managing purchase orders and invoices.
Overseeing notes and purchases from on-site trades, following up if necessary.
Ad hoc duties as required.

About You
Previous experience in Administration, Project Administration or Office Management.
