About the roleThe Mining Division of Liebherr-Australia currently has a vacancy for an experienced and energetic Warranty Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch on a 7/7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
Processing warranty claims to ensure maximum recovery from Liebherr Factories.
Compile and submit product quality reports to Liebherr Factories.
Open warranty jobs, coordinate parts ordering, and follow up on estimated time of arrival of parts.
Coordinate and handle the return of parts from site and repairers.
Liaising with departments on pending and rejected claims.
Maintain warranty claims within the allocated KPIs.
Preparation of warranty reports and analysis of warranty result.
Maintain a maintenance tracking sheet, ensuring timely follow-up.
About You
Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience
Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel
