We are looking for a highly motivated, results orientated Bid Response Manager to join the Global Bid Response organization. The Bid Response Manager is responsible for leading the development of proposal responses to the RFx, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments. Responsible for leading and collaborating with matrixed, cross-functional teams to develop content/proposals. Ensure that proposals are compliant with requirements, complete, and compelling.

Your Impact 

• Collaborate and partner with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and  other resources to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities
• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission
• You will develop all proposal response materials including proposal outline, compliance matrix, proposal management plan, proposal kick-off meeting materials, writing templates and plans, and desktop publishing (DTP) of the final response
• Write, edit, proof, organize, format and produce proposals to enhance business development
• Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information
• Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission
• Ensure win themes, differentiators are included in the proposal and deliver a compelling response to the customer or partner 
• Develop reusable and boilerplate content 
• Leverage content management platforms, project management applications, and AI to develop content and manage tasks
• Develop timelines and ensure that key deal milestones and deadlines are met

• Work closely with the Director of Sales to maximise lead generation and conversion of MICE business in line with the hotel targets and strategy.
• Management of business from an agreed segment across certain markets, which could be corporate companies, Government, and / or entertainment.
• Maintain existing client/account base to ensure business is retained and developed where possible.
• Research new business for Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour for new lead generation.
• Identify new business opportunities through any means.
• Conduct research to uncover opportunities focusing particularly on “desirable business” and/or “need periods”.
• Know competitor accounts and target businesses.
• Adequate follow up and follow through on all opportunities to win business for Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
• Ensure adequate sales time is spent on communicating with clients.
• Providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of competitor strengths weaknesses.
• Submit reports on sales activities, competitor information market trends and any new opportunities as required.
• Have a complete understanding of Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour's sales and service vision, its products, services, presentation of brand, and rate structure to fulfil business objectives.
• Liaise with other Hotel Departments and within the Reservations, Conference and Events Department effectively.

The Manager, Claims Operational Risk will lead delivery of day-to-day operational risk management across claims. 

The role is responsible for executing the Line 1 risk management framework, including but not limited to, RCSA actions & controls, control assurance & testing, identification and tracking of Incidents, Risk Committee oversight and reporting, along with relevant risk-based reporting & analytics. 

This role will also be involved in supporting the business to satisfy their responsibilities in complying with TAL risk frameworks and processes.  In addition, this role will contribute to the analysis and implementation of various identified risk & compliance initiatives.

Strategic Oversight and Planning: 

• Own and lead the creation, build, and delivery of marketing automation projects. 
• Drive the strategic direction for customer journey initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer relevance. 
• Drive and measure commercial impact from Journey initiatives. 
• Develop and implement new strategies to optimise customer journeys and enhance the overall customer experience. 

Team Leadership: 

• Oversee and manage a team of three email marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.

Content and Communication Strategy:

CRM and Marketing Automation: 

• Manage and execute all aspects of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM, including data governance, designing and building complex marketing automation workflows. 
• Continuously evaluate and optimise CRM workflows and automations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

Data Analysis and Optimisation: 

• Use data and various reporting platforms to analyse and understand the outcomes of journey activities, continuously optimising to improve results. 
• Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing to identify best practices. 
• Create data extensions using SQL scripts and ensure accurate database management. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Engineering, and Distribution to develop page templates and components that are on-brand. 
• Work closely with Sales teams on telephony campaigns and other customer engagement initiatives. 
• Guide and teach the business on automation best practices and options based upon measurement experience and frameworks. 

Governance and Compliance: 

• Own the development of a content governance system, maintaining and optimising older web journeys for continued relevance and performance. 
• Ensure that all journey content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand, maintaining a distinctive tone of voice for both Lendi and Aussie brands.

As an Enablement Business Partner (EBP) for ServiceNow sales enablement, you will be responsible for establishing close business working relationship with the key sales leadership, stakeholders and the GTM teams in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You will also work closely with your ANZ functional leads such as sales Operations, HR, Marketing to align the enablement to the business goals and objectives.

By developing an agreed enablement plan with your stakeholders, you will drive various enablement program and activities by providing the parameter and intake (including budgetary requirements) to the global role excellence teams. As EBP, you will ensure that enablement provides an impact to achieve the prioritised business outcomes and goals as provided by the leadership teams. You are responsible for keeping progress and determine the key success criteria and how it may be tracked or measured in agreement with the stakeholders. You are also expected to be proactive in identifying the business enablement needs through the understanding of business data such as pipeline dashboards, reps’ performance dashboards etc.

The role will utilize your collaboration skills in ensuring that the success is driven by team effort with input from the various parts of the business. The ideal candidate should have excellent understanding on the enterprise sales motion and has a track record of managing medium to large programs, working in cross-functional project teams, documenting strong communication, and demonstrating key stakeholder engagement and organisational management.

Primary Responsibilities

· Partner with Sales, Sales Dev, and Specialists leaders to determine their requirements and facilitate enablement programs that will drive the business impact.

· Develop a quarterly enablement plan (QEP) for assignments (programs or training) for execution to the different seller roles that will align to their current skills to be more effective in customer engagements. This is also to be aligned with the sales enablement plan that maps to the area’s priorities and strategies.

· Provide enablement collaboration to align sales enablement with the NowSell methodology across the delivery stages and have joint cross-functional enablement to encourage greater teamwork.

· Provide area enablement plan that will land the global enablement initiatives in the region.

· Manage the regional calendar of sales enablement events, on-demand modules, and quarterly assignments to the learners.

· Collaborate with other enablement peers to increase synergies and develop best practices that will help provide more efficient and effective enablement results.

· Be the subject matter expert and act as trusted advisor to the business leaders for their the GTM teams’ enablement.

About the Role
