POSITION SUMMARY
In the role of Project Engineer (Mechanical) at Access Petrotec, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning: The Project Engineer is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Team Coordination: Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members is a key duty.
Budget Management: The Project Engineer must monitor project budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met.
Resource Allocation: Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements is a crucial responsibility.
Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans is part of the role.

REQUIREMENTS:
