Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of smartphones and accessories at client's locations.
• Maintain accurate records of smartphone assets, including serial numbers, IMEI numbers, and staff assignments using Excel and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with the project team to schedule and execute smartphone deployments at client's Head Office and depots.
• Provide excellent customer service during smartphone deployment sessions, assisting staff with setup, enrollment in InTune, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security protocols during smartphone deployments.
• Manage the return and secure disposal of old smartphones from corporate staff.
• Weekly meetings with the client's project managers to report on deployment progress, discuss issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Proven Level 2 support experience, with strong expertise in Windows OS, macOS, common office applications, Google Workspace, and Active Directory
• Windows 10 & 11, and SCCM experience highly regarded

What you’ll bring.

• You’ll have a background in hands-on technical development, with at least three years of industry experience in a data engineering role or equivalent, and preferably at least four years of software industry experience.
• Proficiency in Scala, java, python, or a programming language associated with data engineering. Our primary language is Scala, but don’t worry if that’s not currently your strongest language. We believe that strong engineering principles are universal and transferable.
• As an expert in building and deploying production level data processing batch systems, you’ll share an appreciation of what makes a high quality, operationally stable system and how to streamline all areas of development, release, and operations to achieve this. 
• Experience with a variety of modern development tooling (e.g. Git, Gradle, Nexus) and technologies supporting automation and DevOps (e.g. Jenkins, Docker and a little bit of good old Bash scripting). Additionally, your role will entail out-bound activities to assist online members in unlocking and managing their account. In addition, you will proactively provide suggestions for continuous improvement to team processes, help centre management and ongoing reviews of customer feedback with the goal being to provide the team autonomy and improve the overall customer experience. As part of the role, you will also be handling a high volume of commercial disputes.

This role reports directly into our Customer Service Manager. It is a hybrid working model and our office is Melbourne CBD Based.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a couple years of experience as a Customer Service Agent under your belt. Here at CreditorWatch, our customers come first, so you will have a passion for providing world class service and driving positive NPS engagement - your communication and active listening skills come second to none. Lastly, has a heavy focus on handling disputes, you'll need to have strong problem solving, time management and prioritisation skills.
