Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on coronary angiograms, pacemakers, angioplasty, EPS, ablations and other cardiac devices
Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Essential criteria:
Current Registration with AHPRA
3+ years in Cath Lab as a Registered Nurse
Post Graduate Qualifications in Cardiac care
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
