They hold a strong reputation delivering quality projects across a diverse portfolio. They have managed to secure a very strong pipeline of construction projects across ACT and NSW.
The role
My client is seeking a Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering project value up to 30mil. The objective is to deliver high quality work that will serve as the company's dedicated specialist for major clients and their ongoing portfolio in Canberra. Collaborating closely with the site and project teams, you will oversee projects across various sectors from conception to fruition. They have multiple townhouse developments and childcare centers across ACT.
Your duties and responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of projects from construction to completion
Adheres to strict safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitates clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and constraints for clients
Capable of meeting challenging deadlines
Maintains composure and balance under pressure
Working within required timeframes and in accordance with the project management
Identifying potential project risks, assessing their methodology
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A tertiary qualification (Construction management, engineering)
Demonstrated high level project experience
