• Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests.

• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

About you

• Previous Night Auditor experience preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills.
• An ability to work night shifts across a 7 day roster.
• An open, unrestricted driver's licence.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate – Victoria.

As a Technical Artist with Tantalus, your role is to help build and deliver key tools, pipelines and workflows to support art creation, while also contributing to the art on projects in your domain of expertise.

• Create or re-invent art assets in your area of expertise (eg: shaders, lighting, VFX, rigging).
• Confidently communicate with other disciplines, in particular engineering, to facilitate solutions that push the project forward.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunities for 2 x Support Operations Engineers to join our growing Melbourne & Sydney Service Centre Team. 

We operate 4 days in the office/onsite with 1 day work from home on Wednesdays.

Provide Onsite and remote Incident resolution and fulfilment of onsite desktop activities and ensure the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.

Assisting remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence, creating knowledgebase articles and process documents, reducing the volume of incidents by identifying and eliminating root cause through pro-active problem management process.  

Assist the projects team with deployment of new infrastructure (desk and server side) and act as the key technical representative of bA managed services. 

Setup new PC’s, phones, and mobile devices as per customers' existing documented processes and carry out the Software installation of preapproved desk side software.  

2+ years of experience working within a Service Desk or Field Services role.  

Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure with some experience including networking technologies such as routers and switches (switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Radius, VPN).  

2+ years Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policy experience  

2+ years experience working with a ticket management system.  

Previous MSP/IT Services experience preferred

A valid Driver's Licence and your own transport

IT degree or Diploma

Valid Microsoft

VMWare, CISCO and ITIL certification desired but not essential.

As the Financial Crime Support Officer, you will finalise customer onboarding, escalate matters to the financial crime team, and take proactive measures to prevent fraud and safeguard CoinJar's customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new & existing customers during onboarding and throughout the relationship.

The Guest Service Agents are the first and last impression at the hotel. The position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service is provided to guests at all times, making guests feel both welcome and comfortable. Secondary to this, the role is responsible for ensuring the front office premises are safe, clean and comfortable for guests.

Key duties include:

• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
• Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and features

You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions with excellent customer service.

• Respond to queries through Zendesk and email.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both Windows and Mac OS
