Your new company A small Not for Profit company based in Victoria is looking for an all-round HR generalist to manage their day-to-day HR. You'll work with a well-resourced HR team that are value-based and driven, everything you do will be with the employee and customer front and centre. Your new role The People Champion, you will align with leadership on HR projects such as implementation of a new IT system and EA negotiations. Other key responsibilities include:
Supporting the HR Coordinator, coaching and mentoring them
Business as usual HR activities, attract, retain and performance
Manage and mitigate employee relations
What you'll need to succeed Are you ready to partner? You'll have experience managing the employee lifecycle from end to end. Your background will be a blend of commercial organisations, ideally with a headcount in the low hundreds. What you'll get in return A part-time 12 months fixed term HR Business Partner role based in Melbourne's CBD with work from home hybrid arrangements. This is a three day a week (0.6 FTE) role-full-time hours cannot be considered. You'll work on exciting projects alongside the business as usual HR activities and be offered the chance to mentor junior HR staff. Salary (FTE) starts at $100k + super.
