This position is accountable for the Partner-driven sales success of the region. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed budgeted sales revenues in each financial year.

•         Your role is very collaborative, within a global matrix organisation.  Reporting to the APJMEA Regional Head of Channel Partners with a dotted line to the Market Unit Leader for Australia, you will orchestrate the channel partner and alliance activities within Australia market unit.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual financial targets (sales quota).

•         Required to participate in the creation of the channel & partner business plan for assigned territory.

•         Selling of software licenses – net new/installed base with designated territory partners’ sales / pre-sales teams.

•         Recruit and develop new Channel Partners

•         Work with and build on the current Channel Network to drive partners in software license deals.

•         Help partners to develop their IFS delivery and solution practice to add certified consulting delivery strength in the region for IFS customers and prospects

•         Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales activities in the allocated territory; including setting sales strategies & policies; control of the business partners; achievement of agreed sales volumes; and the development of future sales plans. 

•         Responsible for handling escalated partner complaints.

•         Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise in the engagements

•         Provide leadership through evangelizing the benefits and opportunities of the IFS Partner Program in the market unit

•         Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers of the partner organizations and their relevant customer and prospect accounts.

•         Some travel is essential

About the role: 

As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with banking and finance clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new SaaS based solutions that meet their needs.within the Treasury, Accounting and Risk domain.

What you will be doing: 

• Researching client needs, analysing trends, recommending best practices, mapping the requirements to the system, and creating detailed specifications documents.

• Configuring treasury system based on the specifications.

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies, solving complex problems and recommending solutions.  

• Conducting a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Conducting tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.

• Influencing clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities & system capabilities including training internal and external users.

What you will need:   

• Advanced knowledge of Treasury operations (Front, Middle and Back office) including Accounting/Hedge/GL knowledge. Excellent knowledge of Treasury Financial Instruments and its functions (Foreign Exchange, Securities, Mutual Funds, Repos and Derivatives) including pricing and valuations.

• Understanding of Hosted & SaaS implementation environments

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Background in Consulting, Project / end-to-end systems implementation as a Functional / technical Consultant.

• Hands on using and configuring systems.

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Understanding of the database structure by utilizing report writing tools

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Previous experience with Quantum Software or a similar Treasury/Risk management software product

• A bachelors degree in business or finance or equivalent experience

The Senior Manager NTSU (National Technical Support Unit) is accountable for the delivery of the NTSU strategy, in line with the Charter and responsible for leading the National Training Group on behalf of the Roadside Assistance Strategic Operations (RASO) Group. RASO is a group of all the national motoring clubs around Australia eg. RACV, NRMA, RACQ, RAA.  

The position reports into the NRMA and demands a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, as well as influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement through research and development programs.  

Within this context, the Senior Manager NTSU will manage a team of three, foster strong relationship across market leading vehicle OEM’s and other key bodies across the Automotive Industry, with a mandate to ensure that Roadside Patrols and Towing have access to the latest technical information.
