Job Title: ICT Support Technician

Location: Mobile Expert, Kellyville, NSW

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled ICT Support Technician with a strong focus on mobile technology to join our team. This position demands a tech-savvy professional who is adept at diagnosing and resolving mobile device issues, enhancing system functionalities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
• Assess and specify hardware and software solutions tailored to the needs of each device repair and customer requirement.
• Respond quickly to inquiries regarding device malfunctions and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Install, configure, and update software across different platforms, ensuring optimal device functionality.
• Customize software settings and adapt device configurations to enhance user interaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure that all devices are running at peak efficiency.
• Implement network setups and configurations for smartphones and computing devices, ensuring connectivity and security.
• Repair or replace damaged hardware components for a wide range of devices, focusing on quick turnaround times without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile and computer technology to guide and educate customers on device management and new features.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT support, preferably in mobile device servicing.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Information a related field.
