- Always provide a sense of welcome and departure to all visitors of the Hotel.
- Provide correct and accurate information in response to all enquires.
- Lead by example with regards to departmental grooming and attitude.
- Ensure that you are aware of the daily activities via Daily Round-up, Opera and diary.
- To be aware of all ongoing matters within the Hotel and any special events those are planned.
- Be aware of all daily VIP’s.
- Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Liaise closely with the Front Office, Guest relations, Reservations, the Bell Captain and Valet to ensure guests arrivals, departures and queries are handled courteously and efficiently.
