This role would suit an Occupational therapist with a passion for working in the aged care sector with a commitment to provide excellent client centered care to champion independence and quality of life of our consumers.

C ommunity Occupational Therapy role involving a varied caseload of geriatric consumers with Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programs and Private funding. The role involves:
Home environment assessments and falls prevention.
Assistive equipment assessments.
Electric mobility aid assessments.
Home modifications.
