This position is responsible for the analytical testing and reporting for soil, water, air and other sample matrices conducted in the Inorganic, Organic and Radio Chemistry Sections by conventional analytical methods and modern instrumental methods including GC, GC/MSMS, HPLC, LC/MSMS, ICP/MS, FIA.

About the Role

• Wax removal using aural microsuction

• Custom hearing protection and In Ear Monitors selection and fitting
• Ability to take deep full shell ear impressions process that require captuing as much information (please note differ to ear impressions taking for hearing aids)
• Taking meticulous ear impressions for custom hearing protection and custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, occupational health specialists, and community organisations to raise awareness about hearing health and implement preventive measures

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

The role would suit a hearing professional (Audiometrist or Audiologist (or equivalent)) who has experience with manual extraction of earwax (forcep and curette, aural microsuction), taking ear impressions and conducting hearing assessment. • Implementation and delivery of training to LG Customers in the Authority LG Enterprise Finance modules such as AP, AR, Purchasing, General Ledger, Bank Requisitions
• Upskilling of Consultants based on product road map & sales pipeline
• Contribution to process documentation and collateral (training material, Business Process Manuals)
• Work closely with Professional Services Project Managers and collaboratively with Business Consultants to deliver excellent customer outcomes

About You:

• Experience with Local Government Authority Enterprise Software Finance Modules will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to lead customer Workshops and deliver Training
• Solid background in Consulting or Services role
• Proven analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Leadership skills, this role is a successor role for the Team Leader

What’s the day to day like?  

• Be the main point of contact for customers on a daily basis by solving customer queries through Zendesk tickets, phone calls and other channels as necessary.
• Dispatch daily orders, ensuring successful delivery and keeping customers up to date
• Address any issues from customers and oversee day to day operations across the department such as organising returns and refunds and payment cancellations. 
• Liaising with freight companies to ensure deliveries are met and keeping customers informed along the way
• Aim to delight and achieve above industry standard NPS and CSAT scores
• Strive for greater efficiency across all customer support processes including identifying processes for improvement and implementing automations where necessary

• Calm under pressure and can think on your feet when tackling problems head-on. You don’t need to always have the answers, but you know where to find them.
• Find yourself naturally building relationships with the barista at your local coffee shop.
• Availability to work a set roster which includes one weekend day 
• You’re data and metrics-driven, you’re naturally inquisitive about what the insights tell us and use this to inform decisions. 
• Ability to work relatively unsupervised

About the role

We are on the lookout for our next Customer Service Superstar to join our After Sales and Service team based in Derrimut on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role forms an integral part of our amazing After Sales and Service (Warranty) team and works alongside a dynamic team to provide customer service, product advice, whilst resolving any product warranty or installation issues. You will manage the end to end warranty/customer service experience and be proactive in trouble shooting, problem solving and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing product advice and support of a technical nature to customers to resolve product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring that claims are managed effectively as well as reporting on issues, statistics, and procedures
• Ensuring that our systems are kept up to date
• Managing day-to-day requirements; including process of work orders and invoices and arranging selected suspected product return

About you

• 3+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support/warranty role
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
• Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

It would also be great if you come from the plumbing industry so you can hit the ground running, but if not, don’t worry we have a great onboarding program and full training will be provided to set you up for success
