About the role

We are currently seeking a full time Shore Based Engineer - Fabricator Welder / Shipwright to join our Shore Based Maintenance Team. Reporting to Maintenance Manager Operations, the Shore Based Fabricator Welder/ Shipwright assists in the maintenance of vessels, pontoon, vehicles and tenders. You could work on but not limited to: Repairs of vessel and pontoon structures, installation of various types of equipment such as, masts, frames, decking, fittings, machines, shafts and safety equipment. You will also require the ability to perform a wide variety of marine aluminium welding and shipwright repair tasks using boat building materials.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform fabrication work in accordance with scheduled maintenance and rectification works including operation of welding equipment to assist with scheduled maintenance programs for all mechanical, steel/metal structures, sullage systems and safety equipment

• Undertake general shipwright repairs to vessel fabric and structure
• Proactive in the planning of works to maintain and enhance vessel internal/external fabric maintenance
• Accurately maintain HELM and associated work orders/tasks through to job completion and sign off.
• In addition to the scheduled maintenance program, responsible for fault finding and additional repairs
• Adherence with SOPS, Marine Memos, operation procedures and WHS requirements
• Ensure all qualifications are kept up to date and provided to HR
• Remain adaptable and acceptable to change while working autonomously
• Ensure sufficient stock of all items necessary to make your job run smoothly

Reporting to the Reef Operations Manger, the Assistant Manager works closely with the Chef and Hosts in managing the daily operations of Reefworld and Heart pontoons, to assist the Reef Operations Master in managing all compliance and pontoon maintenance, leadership and management of crew and ensuring guests are provided with exceptional service.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Reservations team as a Reservations Consultant

This is a permanent full-time position based on Hamilton Island. Reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, the Reservations Consultant will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with enquiries and booking their ideal experiences.

This role is based at Hamilton Island Marina and will require you to live on Hamilton Island or commute each day from the main land.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Keep up to date with all Cruise Whitsundays products, timetables, promotions
• The accurate input/management of email, phone, web chat and direct bookings into

• Correctly processing booking payments and correctly finalising EOD cash ups

We are looking for a professional and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full-time basis.

• Monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger on our ERP and Trust systems, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments

• Prepare and examine accounts receivable reports, highlighting trends and providing insight to management

What You'll Do:

A Full Time salaried opportunity, reporting to the Cafe Manager, you will assist in guiding the Cafe team to deliver an exceptional service to our resort guests.  Shifts can be rostered across a 7-day period and generally for an 8 hour shift anytime between the Cafe opening hours of 7am - 7pm.  Weekend and Public Holiday availability is required.

You will assist with:

• Basic food prep and cooking
• Working alongside the Cafe Manager, Resort Manager and Department Heads
