The Purpose:

The internal audit function contributes to AP+ achieving its strategic goals through high quality audit, assurance and advisory services. Joining our Internal audit team, you will play a meaningful role in improving our organisation’s operations.

Reporting to the General Manager Internal Audit, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team undergoing change.

Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform internal audits and delivery assurance and advisory services in accordance with out Internal Audit methodology and professional internal auditing standards.
• Contributing to audit strategy and planning activity, ensuring the plan is relevant to the needs of the business.
• Oversee/manage co-sourced service providers.
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk, including emerging risks. Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and enhancing internal controls.
• Ensure that the company’s operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, especially within the payments industry.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining audit findings, risk areas, and recommended corrective actions.
• Presentation of audit findings to various stakeholder
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and audit methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance the internal audit function’s effectiveness.

Key Competencies and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Experience gained working alongside or overseeing co-sourced service providers.
• Must have strong audit report writing skills.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present at various levels.
• Forward thinking and deadline driven.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing preferably within the financial services or payments industry.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Mission

We are looking for a SDR Manager to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Director, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the APAC market, running & growing a team focused on uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.

Responsibilities

- Managing, onboarding & training a growing team of SDRs who are responsible for generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.

- Being a hands-on leader, to support prospecting and qualification until the team grows to a sufficient size where this is not effective.

- Tracking and Measuring key performance indicators for yourself and your team.

Qualifications

Performance Marketing

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and influencers. Ensure they are onboarded and educated on the brand and its products alongside AM's.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse affiliate performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales. Use this data to optimise campaigns and improve performance.

General

• Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for performance marketing, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximise ROI.

• Customer Insights: Utilise customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and performance to identify opportunities and threats.
• Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports on affiliate and performance marketing activities, using tools like Google Analytics and paid media platforms. Include key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Briefing Marketing Materials: Create detailed briefs for the graphics team to ensure marketing materials are developed according to campaign requirements, trends and brand guidelines.
• Marketing Material Handover: Efficiently hand over marketing materials to the appropriate agency or account manager.

• Minimum 3-4+ years’ experience managing SEM and/or Affiliates campaigns (in-house or agency-side)
• Google certifications in Analytics or PPC/SEM is preferred
• High-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics
• A passion for understanding consumer insights and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas

Join Naked Wines as a Wine Operations Manager!

Naked Wines is at the forefront of the wine industry, bridging the gap between passionate winemakers and enthusiastic wine drinkers. As our Wine Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations that support our mission to provide outstanding wines at fair prices.

Your leadership will help manage the logistics of wine production, from vineyard management to bottle delivery, ensuring our Angels receive the best wines possible. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant, entrepreneurial culture.

Your Purpose:

You will oversee the day-to-day operations related to wine production, quality control, and supply chain management. Your efforts will ensure that our products meet Naked Wines' high standards, delighting our customers and supporting our winemakers. This will be a 9 month Maternity Leave contract with a preferred start date of February 2025.

The essence of this role is communication with and support for our Winemakers and the administration of wine operations. This role reports directly into the Head of Wine.

Supplier communication and Operations

• Day to day relationships with winemakers, supporting on winemaker portal & enablers. Be the main point of day to day contact for the winemakers for queries and system support 
• Assisting Winemaker’s with ongoing queries around purchase orders, samples, delivery changes.
• Managing Wine Production schedule; Confirming bottling schedules,  following up samples for tasting and photography, following up product files for system sign off. Sending sample approval & volume approval to winemakers to pass onto ops for shipment
• PO ReApprovals/Approvals in Global; Weekly session with MD in explaining reasoning behind reapprovals requested to ensure PO is moved to approval status for payment to supplier in time
• Work cross functionally internally to make sure everyone is informed about key winemaker and product updates
• New Wine Notifications; Weekly (or as required) templated email to winemakers outlining new wine going live date to encourage posting to Angels on Wall and socials about the release
• Co Marketing program: Monthly creation, reporting, contacting on program requirements to winemakers to ensure PO is moved to approval status for payment to supplier in time
• Management of Winemaker Help Desk: Help Hub by keeping it up to date with SOPs, contact and team information

QA Process Support, Wine Time and other wine projects

• QA Tasting support: Sorting samples, filling WQB&T, sending approvals.
• Ordering secondary QA Wines (Low BIA) sorting and scheduling for head of wine 
• Assist Head of Wine in creating Fine Wine Club Packs & Christmas Collection
• Selection of Wines/Winemakers for annual tasting tour and main point of communication to Winemakers. Supporting team in organisation of the tour

• Wine Time: Scheduling, ordering, set up, running and post wine time quiz

Internal Stakeholders

• Reporting directly to the Head of Wine, this role provides a support function.
• Working closely with Wine Planning/Logistics to ensure efficient flow of product
• Working closely with the Merchandising and Marketing team to enable timely promotions of wine and winemakers.

Strong commercial / analytical skills

• Analyse pricing benchmarks and create reporting
• Prepare for, participate in and document commercial agreements and conversations.
• Manages Wine Tender processes
• Work across the winemaker portfolio to unlock collective buying opportunities  & guide winemakers along the journey
• Engage winemakers bi-annually to review portfolio performance, flag risks and provide best practice recommendations
• Supports the Annual Buy Plan Administration
• Able to implement and optimise processes

Wine Industry Experience regarded  

• Passionate about wine 
• WSET 2 minimum or relevant wine QA experience 

• Confident in industry / relationships / knowledge - local Australian wine- buying (and growers) 
• Knows industry well enough to be credible, confident BUT open to looking at new ways & more collaborative approaches.
