About the Role
You will plan and execute strategies that optimise the creative services team to develop and deliver responsive and effective products and services. In this role, you will support the Director to deliver outcomes using contemporary marketing and communication platforms and practices that contribute to building a positive workplace culture, elevating the department's brand and achieving departmental business priorities and strategic objectives.
Lead a team of creative experts to deliver a wide and varied scope of work against conflicting deadlines. As well as oversee and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies to create and sustain a safe and healthy workplace culture and optimise resource investment and performance and deliver efficient and effective customer-centric products and services.
