About the role

• Team Global Express is seeking an MC Driver to commence immediately in Karawatha on Brisbane’s South Side

• This is a Full Time Permanent role, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week

• The successful candidate will be rostered on our PM Shift (9.30pm Starts) and will be eligible for a Shift Allowance

• Overtime is available and will be offered on a need by need basis

• This role will be primarily site based, to assist our Operations Teams with the Organisation of our Vehicles for Loading & Unloading Duties

• You will primarily be tasked with moving trucks around the depot in order to prepare them for Loading

• You will primarily be operating a Body Truck, however you will also be required to operate Heavy Rigid Trucks, B Doubles and Prime Movers

• You must hold a current MC license. You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

Role - Technical Business Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to map out business information systems to assets to support the initiation of a vulnerability management process. This position plays a key role in identifying and evaluating the organization's information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• System and Asset Mapping: Lead the effort to identify and map all business information systems to physical and digital assets within the organization. This includes understanding the interdependencies and the impact of these assets on the organization's operations.
• Vulnerability Management Support: Support the initiation and implementation of a vulnerability management process by providing detailed analysis and mapping of information systems and assets. Collaborate with IT/Development andcCyber security teams to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document business requirements related to information system security and asset management. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Process Improvement: Analyse current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system and asset mapping, vulnerability assessments, and process improvements. Prepare reports to update stakeholders on the status of the vulnerability management process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on information systems and asset management.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices.
• Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior data engineers.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Monitor the performance of data processing systems and data accuracy.
• Maintaining the Cl/CD system and code base as per the acceptable industry standard level
• Establish procedures to maintain a high QA standard
• Maintain the cloud architecture spread across multiple accounts
• Adopt new technologies while also using the expertise you have built on modern big data tools and cloud services

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing robust, maintainable, and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, automating workflows, and integrating data quality checks into the deployment process.
• Extensive experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, including the use of AWS data services and an understanding of Snowflake as a data warehousing solution.
• Versatile in working with various forms of data infrastructure, adept at managing both streaming and batch data systems.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing principles, with a commitment to high data quality and accuracy.

We are looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years experience, who has previously spent time building AWS Architectures that are deployed utilising solid coding and testing practices, that lean into best practice CI/CD, Microservices Architecture and Container Technologies.

You will require:

• Excellent knowledge around infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code and current tooling to support the management and orchestration of AWS Architecture
• Good knowledge of AWS services including Lambda/Serverless, EC2, ECS, IAM, ALB, RDS, Cloudformation/CDK
• Good knowledge of DevOps principles and practices that support best practice CI/CD
• Knowledge of programming / scripting languages
• Conversant on Agile principles, have previously worked in an agile/waterfall/scrum environment.
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience or exposure to Observability would be an advantage - tools such as New Relic, Data Dog, Dynatrace etc

• Cloudflare or similar CDN technology experience

What you would doing:

• Improving release processes and enabling faster release cadence across our product portfolio through CI/CD improvement
• Developing high-quality standards for CI/CD, container and artefact management, security and code quality compliance scanning, for the deployment of our products to SaaS environments
• Provide a great developer experience to product teams, through both technology and relationship building
• Contribute to team discussions on roadmap, architecture, and strategy
• Participate in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint refinements, planning, reviews, and showcases
• Contribute to the team’s (and your own) continuous growth and improvement by bringing new ideas to the table
