What you will do to be successful in this role 

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during their entire journey. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their distinct business requirements and obstacles. Guarantee a high degree of client contentment while adeptly handling their expectations

• Direct consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with established objectives. Collaborate with the PMO to formulate project plans, define scope, and allocate necessary resources. In partnership with the PMO, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and execute suitable risk mitigation strategies

• Perform comprehensive analysis and assessments of client operations and processes. Develop and deliver strategic recommendations customized to meet client requirements. Assist clients with the implementation and execution of strategic plans

About the role
