What your day will look like:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information
• Client Support: Assist local government clients with their needs, including product information, order status updates, and issue resolution
• Order Processing: Handle the entry and processing of customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met
• Invoicing Assistance: Support the invoicing process by preparing and verifying documentation for billing
• Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to coordinate service delivery and address any operational issues impacting customers
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on service activities
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company products, services, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

About You:

• Diploma or degree from a TAFE institution or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. We welcome fresh graduates eager to start their career
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a bonus

Working approximately 9am - 5pm this role coordinates and facilitates communication between our Local Drivers and delivery locations to ensure timely and safe deliveries and collections for our business customers.

What you’ll bring

·       Strong design and hands-on experience with various Storage solutions (Block, File, and Object)

·       Practical experience and excellent understanding of working with Enterprise Storage platforms, with a preference for Dell-EMC

·       Experience in a multi-tenanted Cloud environment

·       High-level knowledge and design experience with the various technologies used in the Datacom Private Cloud

·       Practical experience working with Virtualised environments running on VMware, Hyper-V or other hypervisors - specifically with VMware

·       Exceptional hands-on experience in delivering infrastructure, cloud, IT outsourcing, storage, backup, network, and/or cloud adoption/migration projects

·       Design and hands-on experience in networking, including Cisco switching and routing, SDN, ACI, and VMware NSX-T

·       Experience in additional key VMware technologies, including vCloud-Director and VCF

·       Practical experience working with Enterprise Backup Management Platforms such as NetBackup or Veeam

·       Experience with automation, including CI/CD pipelines, coding and scripting languages, practices, and toolsets
