Duties and Responsibilities:
Assessing, diagnosing, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers
Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems such as wheel balancing issues, tyre/wheel and rim damage and other wear and tear.
Performing rotations, pressure checks, wheel balancing, puncture repairs and so forth.
Providing excellent customer service whilst always maintaining professionalism.
Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
