Reporting to the Head of Risk, Governance and Compliance the purpose of this role is to ensure successful compliance with NDIS practice standards, with a key focus on Positive Behaviour Support. The key functions of this role will include:

• Assist with the development, implementation and regular review of compliance related materials, resources and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Support the business to ensure NDIS practice standards are built into operational workflows
• Being the ‘go-to’ resource as the NDIS PBS technical expert
• Preparation, execution and reporting of internal audits to support certification to the NDIS Practice Standards
• Report on trends, gaps and areas of improvement to the senior management team
• Support preparation and participation in external audits
