Join us as our new Contracts Specialist

We are looking for another member to join our APAC Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative and enthusiastic people. In this broad reaching function and role, you will enjoy a variety of tasks covering both commercial and risk management, including specific support to the Tendering process where your experience and interpretation of client-issued legal and contractual terms, will mitigate risk with proposed qualifications and subsequent negotiations. You will be part managing the DOF Group intercompany cross-functional and cross-regional service agreements, covering specialised equipment and vessel charters as well. With a keen eye detail, you would help improve overall process and provide input to the maintenance and development of global supply chain standards and processes.

In this role you will be confident with presenting your findings and recommendations across all levels, up to and including executive management and create overall value to the business and take full ownership of your accountabilities within the team.

You will have :

• A tertiary qualification in law, procurement, business management or engineering.
• At least 7 years’ experience in the full range of procurement and contractual activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Advanced knowledge of contracting principles, particularly liability/indemnity regimes, insurance, warranty obligations, variations/claims processes and dispute resolution.
• Experience in the delivery and lead times for diverse scopes across multiple projects.
• Well-developed communication and negotiating skills and your astute commercial acumen will see you achieve save and sustainable contracts, set-up for growth and support, whilst being completely aligned with the DOF Group Values.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in managing and prioritising a large variety of requests and pressures and familiar with working strictly to package budgets.

You’ll facilitate conversations to define business processes, create and understand career site design briefs, lead implementation meetings, configure SmartRecruiter products and support the customer go live process.

This position will be a contract to Full Time after 3-4 months.  

What You'll Deliver: 

• Consult on best practices and guide our customers through their onboarding of our SmartRecruiters Offering, with a focus on our SmartAttrax Career Site product
• Execute discovery workshops with internal resources or in conjunction with partner resources
• Responsible for all requirements gathering and documentation, including career site design briefs and configuration workbooks
• Consult on career site best practices, as well as how the SmartRecruiter OS relates to the career site configuration
• Work closely with web development team to manage Career Site timelines and deliverables
• Configure SmartRecuiters products to customer specifications and participate in user acceptance testing
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular updates to key stakeholders around risks, mitigation plans, and project status
• When necessary, work with an Onboarding Project Manager to onboard large-scale and enterprise customer
• Ensure successful handoff to CSM’s, AM’s, and Support once project is complete
• Collaborate with our Community and Enablement teams to build a world class training experience for internal, partner, and customer teams
• Work cross-functionally with other departments within SmartRecruiters such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful go-live, adoption, and engagement or on internal projects as needed
• Understand our Partner Marketplace to provide solutions to our customers outside of our product offering
• Expand your knowledge of the SmartRecruiters suite of products and offerings as the product evolves and impact to career site functionality
• Contribute to the development of best practices, improvement of processes and streamlining of documentation via weekly cross-functional meetings
• Support internal projects and initiatives, community participation, and provide SME knowledge in specific areas
• Collaborate with external partners and freelance resources
• Manage up to 8- 10 projects in various state of completion
• Meet or exceed billable utilization of  60-70%
