After a customer purchases the SmartRecruiters platform, they become part of the SmartRecruiters community and engage with our Professional Services team.
As an Implementation Consultant - located remotely in the APAC region - you play a pivotal role within the Professional Services team providing an exceptional experience for our customers and partners.
The ideal candidate is a great listener, able to provide clear and concise communication, and a creative problem solver. You’ll facilitate conversations to define business processes, create and understand career site design briefs, lead implementation meetings, configure SmartRecruiter products and support the customer go live process.
You have a passion for building a relationship of trust with our team, customers and partners.
This position will be a contract to Full Time after 3-4 months.
What You'll Deliver:
- Consult on best practices and guide our customers through their onboarding of our SmartRecruiters Offering, with a focus on our SmartAttrax Career Site product
- Execute discovery workshops with internal resources or in conjunction with partner resources
- Responsible for all requirements gathering and documentation, including career site design briefs and configuration workbooks
- Consult on career site best practices, as well as how the SmartRecruiter OS relates to the career site configuration
- Work closely with web development team to manage Career Site timelines and deliverables
- Configure SmartRecuiters products to customer specifications and participate in user acceptance testing
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular updates to key stakeholders around risks, mitigation plans, and project status
- When necessary, work with an Onboarding Project Manager to onboard large-scale and enterprise customer
- Ensure successful handoff to CSM’s, AM’s, and Support once project is complete
- Collaborate with our Community and Enablement teams to build a world class training experience for internal, partner, and customer teams
- Work cross-functionally with other departments within SmartRecruiters such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful go-live, adoption, and engagement or on internal projects as needed
- Understand our Partner Marketplace to provide solutions to our customers outside of our product offering
- Expand your knowledge of the SmartRecruiters suite of products and offerings as the product evolves and impact to career site functionality
- Contribute to the development of best practices, improvement of processes and streamlining of documentation via weekly cross-functional meetings
- Support internal projects and initiatives, community participation, and provide SME knowledge in specific areas
- Collaborate with external partners and freelance resources
- Manage up to 8- 10 projects in various state of completion
- Meet or exceed billable utilization of 60-70%
